good supermarketeasy walk
the hotel is near a bus stop, its very important. i had an easy walk to main attractions. a good supermarket is close and several restaurants too. the staff are friendly and professional too. they had excellent communication via email.
the floor was really cold, its not possible to step on it. i asked for slippers but they dont have them.

The staff was really good. They were always ready to help with a smile. The room had perfect size. It offered enough space for luggage and movement (I appreciated that!). The breakfast was served directly to the room at the agreed time and included a variety of options to start the day.
The view from the room was not that excellent.

the room was clean. it included proper amenities and air conditioning! i found the location to be about a 10-20 minute walk from tourist spots, good if you want a quieter area. it's also a 4 minute walk to the river bus dock, very convenient for getting around.

clean roomfriendly staffmissing slippers
the hotel is located conveniently close to major attractions. the room was clean and included all necessary amenities. the staff was very friendly and always ready to assist with any needs i had. the convenient location near attractions was REALLY helpful.
disposable slippers were not provided in the room. this was a minor inconvenience. hopefully, this issue is addressed soon. it is always nice to have slippers provided.

This accommodation has a very convenient location near the train station. I found it easy to reach many shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful with recommendations. Leaving my luggage at the reception after check-out allowed me more time to enjoy the area. this really helped a lot.

i found the location very convenient, near santa lucia station. the staff provided helpful information upon check-in. i appreciated the canal view i had from my room (i could watch gondolas pass by). the room was cleaned daily, a detail i always value.
the shower water pressure was a bit weaker than i would have preferred (a very minor detail, though).

cigarette smellcold floor
the room smelled quite strongly i think a previous guest really liked their cigarettes even though it is not allowed the hotel tried to get rid of the smell with a machine but that did not work entirely a solution was found after some talking so it was okay but not ideal the floor was so cold i could not walk without shoes they did not have slippers
